Build concrete filled masonry block arches without a template
Cut all the blocks before construction. The cuts (all halfs)
that form the arch and their off-cuts are numbered identically. Take the
opening to spring height, then using a standard head support, go across the
head, laying each cut in its place, its off-cut on top, and a membrane
(aluminum flashing is ideal) between the two. When the wall is core filled, the
flashing around the arch line stops the concrete. Remove off-cuts and extra few
blocks To reveal arch.
