If you are using a steel bracket to fix the hip rafters at the centre/kingpost Print a Paper Template to lay out the bracket for cutting and bending or welding.


This Hexagon Gazebo has 6 side lengths of 1600 mm, floor area of 6.65 m², comprising of 6 triangular segments each having center angle of 60°, 2 outer angles of 60°, 2 side lengths of 1600 mm and area of 1.11 m²

The 6 noggings are 847 mm long, with side cut angle of 61.8°. Their outer edge is half roof length at 970 mm from roof center. There are 6 half rafters 855 mm long

Each of the 6 triangular roof segments has an inner angle of 56.32°, 2 outer angles of 61.84°, with side lengths of 1940 mm, a center length of 1710mm, an outer edge length (width) of 1831 and an area of 1.57 m², giving a total roof area of 9.39 m²
