If you know exact increment in degrees, divide 360 by degrees to find fractional increments.
eg: each increment must be 6.25°, so 360 / 6.25 = 57.6 increments. In this case, the last increment will not be equal to the rest (3.75°).

If you know your individual increments in exact degrees, find the number of increments to enter by dividing 360 by your degree increment.
eg: a thread pitch is 0.5mm. (threads are 0.5mm apart) So 1 / 0.5 = 2 revolutions per mm = 360° x 2 = 720° rotation per mm.
To find degree increments per 0.01mm" (1 hundredth of a mm) divide 720° by 100 to get 7.2° increments.
Each 7.2° of rotation equals 0.01mm travel.
360° / 7.2° = 50 increments per 360°. Enter 50 Increments and each marked increment of rotation represents 0.01mm travel.

DON'T BREATH THE DUST If you're cutting blocks, concrete, stone or ANYTHING and there's DUST - DON'T TAKE THE RISK
Don't cut it, or cut it wet so there's NO DUST - Silicosis Sucks
And if you're cutting wet, wear a mask - theres dust in the spray mist too!
