Select Free Scale to set both Inner and Outer Radius entries independently (drag sliders).

Select Polygon to create a Star Polygon.

Select Lock to disable Inner Radius entry, and lock the current Inner to Outer ratio, keeping star in proportion as you re-size.
Select Lock to Lock current Inner and Outer Point Ratio. Drag Outer Slider to re-size, keeping star in proportion.

For Larger Stars, un-check Full Scale to accept larger dimensions. (Diagram will not be full scale)

If you're cutting blocks, concrete, stone or ANYTHING and there's DUST - DON'T TAKE THE RISK
Don't cut it, or cut it wet so there's NO DUST - Silicosis Sucks
And if you're cutting wet, wear a mask - there's dust in the spray mist too!
