For larger templates, you can create a PDF up to page size A0 (841 mm x 1189 mm) and have a Print Shop print the template (Plan Printing).
Click
to open a new window and create a PDF file, or print directly from the page (at 100% Printer Scale).
Click Add 50 Google Fonts button to load 50 Google Web Fonts for the numbers. Fonts are added to the dropdown selector and displayed below the template.
Click any font in the list to select and add it to the clock face template diagram.
Select from the Format dropdown for Standard, Roman Numerals, or Tide Clock.
Check the Hands checkbox to display animated hour, minute and second hands.
Drag Sliders below to adjust the size (Diameter) of the clock face template, number font size, number set-in and tick line lengths.

Right click image on any site → Choose Copy image address ↑ Right click and Paste here.
Right click image on any web site and choose Save image as ...
Then click Image from File and browse to saved image to load into clock face.
Select background theme
Add Text to Clock Face - Drag to Position - Mouse-Wheel Re-size
Font
Click Image from File and browse to add image. Click any image to select - drag to position - mouse-wheel to re-size. ALT + < or > to edit opacity.
Click Set Image as Background to lock selected image as background. Check Repeat Background to tile image over Clock Face.
Enter text and click Add Text to add to Clock Face. Click any text block to select - Drag to position - mouse-wheel re-size - Colour and Font.
You can also re-size Text and Images with either your Mouse Wheel or Ctrl + < or >
Select a background theme and click Get Backgrounds to search on Google Images for free backgrounds. Open the page with the background image, right click the image
and choose 'Save image as...' to save the image to your computer. Now click Select Image, browse to the saved image to load, drag to position and resize with mouse-wheel.
Click Set Image as Background (make sure image is selected by clicking it) to lock and crop the image as a background.
If you're cutting blocks, concrete, stone or ANYTHING and there's DUST - DON'T TAKE THE RISK

What do we think? - They're 2 different things:
A Meter is a device to measure things - like a Volt Meter or a Parking Meter
A Metre is about 3'-3~3/8"
Although diameter and perimeter as measurements - don't seem to fit very well
If the US ever goes Metric, you'll be able to use a Meter to measure Meters - A Meter Meter
(And when we go back to the moon, let's go Metric, ay?)
