Thickness of remaining wood after kerf is cut.
The optimum Minimum Thickness of wood to obtain the curve cannot be calculated.
It depends on the type of wood, grain, dimensions etc. Test with scrap first to perfect.

Over-all dimensions of the curve
Curve Scale
?
Distance between each kerf cut gets smaller by this value, which tightens the curve as it proceeds.
Curve Progression
?
Cut kerfs with a router and tapered bit to remove gaps.
Rout test piece with tapered bit at required depth to measure Kerf Width entry.
Diagram Scale

The gap between kerf cuts gets smaller as the curve progresses, so the curve gets sharper as it goes.
Play around with Kerf Cuts, Curve Scale and Curve Progression sliders to get desired curve shape.

If you're cutting blocks, concrete, stone or ANYTHING and there's DUST - DON'T TAKE THE RISK
Don't cut it, or cut it wet so there's NO DUST - Silicosis Sucks
And if you're cutting wet, wear a mask - there's dust in the spray mist too!

What do we think? - They're 2 different things:
A Meter is a device to measure things - like a Volt Meter or a Parking Meter
A Metre is about 3'-3~3/8"
Although diameter and perimeter as measurements - don't seem to fit very well
If the U.S. ever goes Metric, you'll be able to use a Meter to measure Meters - A Meter Meter
(And when we go back to the moon to Mars, this time, let's go Metric, ay?)
GO Artemis II !! (thats 2, not eleven - and Artemis is Metric, not Imperial, no matter what they say)
